CASIO RENAMES U.S. SUBSIDIARY Casio, Inc. to become Casio America, Inc.

TOKYO, July 6, 2007 –Casio Computer Co., Ltd., today announced that effective August 1, 2007, it will officially change the name of its U.S. subsidiary from Casio, Inc. to Casio America, Inc. The new company name better conveys the position of the company within Casio Computer Co., Ltd., a leading manufacturer of consumer electronics with subsidiaries throughout the world. The new name will reflect the company’s sales responsibilities in both the United States and Canada and will allow more effective communication with retail executives and the company’s customer base.
