Casio Releases English Language Corporate Report for 2006
TOKYO. January 25, 2007 -- Casio Computer Co., Ltd., today released the English version of its Corporate Report 2006, providing the latest overview of the company and its CSR activities.

Casio’s first CSR report was issued in 1999, under the title Environmental Report, and profiled Casio’s environmental activities. The 2004 edition of the report also incorporated economic and social content, providing increased coverage. In 2005, the report was further expanded and the title changed to Corporate Social Responsibility Report.

The aim of this year’s report is to promote more widespread awareness of Casio’s CSR activities in an easy and effective way. This was achieved by combining the previous Corporate Profile, covering the main business areas and products of the company, and the Corporate Social Responsibility Report to create the Corporate Report 2006, a single publication spanning all of Casio’s activities. The Corporate Report has been released in both printed and Web formats, and includes the following sections: Corporate Profile, CSR Highlights, CSR Management, Casio and the Market, Casio and the Global Environment, Casio and Employees, and Casio and Society. The printed version provides more concise content, while the Web version includes additional detailed data.
