The Taylor polynomial is often used to approximates a function in the vicinity of the specified point. Here, let's calculate the Taylor polynomial of degree six for sin x at point 0. (x in arc measure ; radian)
On the Main Menu,
select the CAS icon.

Start the CAS Application.

Press .

Press (CALC).
Select [6:taylor] to calculate the Taylor polynomial.

Select [6:taylor].

Press .
The command [taylor] is selected. The operands consist of expression, variable, degree and point.

Press .
Enter the expression.

Press .
