| Note the following important points when installing Harmony 99 under Windows® 2000. |

If you are unable to install Harmony 99 for an account using Outlook, contact your system administrator about enabling installation. |

| Upgrading a system that uses Harmony99 in combination with Outlook 2000 from Windows® 95 or 98 to Windows® 2000 can cause the problem described below to occur.

Starting Outlook2000 causes the message shown below to appear. You also will not be able to launch Harmony99 from Outlook2000.
|
|
|
The add-in "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\H98OLExt.dll" could not be installed or loaded. This problem may be resolved by using Detect and Repair on the Help menu. Unable to load "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\H98OLExt.dll".
You may be out of memory, out of system resources, or missing a .dll file.

If this happens to you, perform the following steps to remedy the situation.

After installing Windows2000, copy the library file named "H98OLExt.dll" located in "C:\Windows\System32" or "C:\Program Files\Enterprise Harmony" to "C:\Windows\System". This will correct the situation and allow you to launch Harmony99 normally from Outlook2000.

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

|
|
|
When you click the  button below, a dialog box will appear, asking for input of an ID and password. Type in the model name of your Pocket Viewer (PV-250X or PV-450X or PV-750or PV-S250 or PV-S450) as the ID. |
|
|
|
|
| |
|
|
|
| After you download the application, be sure also to click "Manual.pdf" to download a copy of the user documentation. Note that you will need to type in the ID and password described above in order to download the user documentation. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
For the password, type in the last six digits of the password printed on the slip that is packed with your Pocket Viewer. |
