software license agreement for this program is to determine
the terms and conditions for CASIO QV TWAIN Module Software
(hereinafter "Software") exclusively for QV camera series
which Casio Computer Co. Ltd. (hereinafter "Casio") made
and sold.
This software license agreement for this program and all
subsequent versions thereof is displayed here so you can
read it before installing the program.
All the copyrights of the Software are reserved by Image
Software and Casio. Except for the rights expressly granted
by this license, you do not have any kind of right with
respect to the Software.
If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this
software license agreement, you cannot download the software
to your computer and use the Software. |

| 1.
License |
| a. |
This
non-exclusive license allows you to install and use the
Software on your own computer. |
| b. |
You
can make copies of the Software, provided that such copies
are used only for your own use. |

| 2.
Prohibition |
| a. |
You
may NOT or may not have another party modify, adapt, translate
the Software. |
| b. |
You
may NOT rent, lease, resell, distribute, transmit, network
or create derivative works based upon this software or
any part thereof. |
| c. |
This
license does NOT grant you the right to sublicense this
software to another party. |
| d. |
You
may NOT transfer the right to use the Software subject
to this license to another party. |
| e. |
You
may NOT reverse engineer, translate, disassemble, decompile
or otherwise reduce the Software to a human understandable
format. |

| 3.
Warranty Disclaimer, Limitation of Damages and Remedies |
| a. |
CASIO
makes no warranty or representation, either expressed
or implied, regarding the merchantability, quality, functionality,
performance or fitness of the Software. |
| b. |
CASIO
will in no event be liable for direct, indirect, special,
consequential, or incidental damages resulting from any
defect, error, or omission in the Software or manual or
from any other events including, but not limited to, any
interruption of service, loss of business, loss of profits
or good will, legal action or any other consequential
damages. |

| 4.
Termination |
| a. |
This
license is effective until terminated. You may terminate
this licence at any time by informing CASIO in writing
of your intention to do so. |
| b. |
This
license will be terminated immediately without any notice
from CASIO if you fail to comply with any of its provisions. |
| c. |
Upon
termination or cancellation of this license agreement
in accordance with paragraph a or b above, the user will
not be allowed further use of the Software and shall destroy
the Software, and manual and all copies thereof. |

| 5.
Other |
| a. |
This
license will be construed under the laws of the country
of Japan, except for that body of law dealing with conflicts
of laws. |
| b. |
Any
and all disputes arising under this agreement shall come
under the sole jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
