The copyright and all other intellectual rights to this USB driver are the property of Primax
Electronics Ltd.(Primax). In accordance with a license agreement between Primax and CASIO,
CASIO grants you a non-exclusive license to use this USB driver subject to the following
terms and conditions. |

1) |
You are allowed to install this USB driver on a single computer for the purpose of
connecting to a CASIO digital camera. |
|
|
2) |
You are allowed to make one copy of this USB driver for backup purposes on a single floppy
diskette, hard disk, or other medium. |
 |
|
2 |
Prohibitions |
|
|
1) |
Except as permitted by this Agreement, you may not copy this USB Driver either in part or
its entirety. |
|
|
2) |
You may not modify, alter, adapt, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile or otherwise
attempt to derive the source code of the USB Driver. |
|
|
3) |
You may not resell, rend, lease, loan, or distribute this USB Driver, or place the USB
Driver on a server or make it accessible by means of a network. |
|
|
4) |
You may not sublicense or transfer this USB Driver to a third party. |
|
|
5) |
You may not use this USB Driver for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent
with this Agreement. |

3 |
Period
of Agreement |
|
|
1) |
This
Agreement becomes binding as soon as you download the
USB Driver. |
|
|
2) |
This
Agreement becomes null and void when you destroy all of
your copies of this USB Driver. |
|
|
3) |
CASIO
may terminate this license at any time if you are in breach
of the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you
will immediately destroy the all of your copies of this
USB Driver. |

|
4 |
Limitation of Liability |
|
|
1) |
This
USB Driver is provided "as is," and CASIO makes no express
warranty concerning the USB Driver's ability to operate
properly or to be free of defects, or concerning the correction
of defects in the future, or the suitability of the USB
Driver functions for any particular purpose. |
|
|
2) |
In
no event shall CASIO be liable for any damages whatsoever
(including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits,
business interruption, loss of information) arising out
of the use of or inability to use this USB Driver, even
if CASIO has been advised of the possibility of such damages. |

5 |
Other |
|
|
1) |
Items
not covered by the Agreement or items that require further
negotiation shall be settled by mutual agreement between
you and CASIO. |
|
|
2) |
Any
claim arising under or relating to this Agreement shall
be governed by the laws of Japan. |
|
|
3) |
Any
dispute arising under or relating to this Agreement shall
come under the jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court. |
