Q1. How do I install the USB driver?
A1.
Mac OS 8.6 Installation
Installation notes
Do not connect the camera to the computer with the special USB cable before installing the USB driver.
1) Insert the bundled CD-ROM that contains the USB driver into the CD-ROM drive.
2) Double-click the hard disk that is specified as your startup disk.
3) On the "Hard Disk" window that opens, double-click the "System Folder" to open it.
4) On the "System Folder" window, double-click the "Extensions" folder to open it.
5) Double-click the "UsbDriver" folder on the CD-ROM.
6) From the "USBdriver" window that opens, drag the "CASIO-USB StorageDriver" file and "CASIO-USB StorageClassShim" file to the "Extensions" folder window you opened above.
7) This completes USB driver installation. Restart your Macintosh, and then use the special USB cable to connect your digital camera to your Macintosh. When you turn on your digital camera, the memory card loaded in it will be mounted on your Macintosh as a drive. Now, whenever you connect your digital camera to your computer, the memory card loaded in the digital camera will be shown as a "Removable Disk".
