A Japanese chain restaurant "SABOTEN" managed by DaChan Greatwall group opened the first shop at TienMu, TAIPEI in SHIN KONG MITSUKOSHI Department in 2005.
SABOTEN has ever opened 5 shops in Taipei and is planning to open a new shop in KaoShiung located in the south of Taiwan.

System Configuration

Every shop has one QT-6000 plus customer display with receipt and order printers. Also a PC in back office is managing inventory control, sales data collection and programing data download. All data is automatically transferred to HQ FTP via VPN.

Why did Saboten select the CASIO product?

As DaChan Greatwall group manages many restaurant chain stores and most of them have been using CASIO products since starting from TK2200. Their management is satisfied with CASIO reliability and HYI service.
Improvement of shop image, no needs of additional data base in HQ like "PC POS" and cashier training planned by HYI make the managment to choose QT-6000 instead of local PC POS.

Table management
VOID Reason
To use void reason is to keep tracking the operation of the clerk. This is an important feature by QT-6000 X/Z report functions for restaurant both to avoid wrong order and to investigate if the order taking by clerk has been done well for customer.
IDC & EJ
IDC & EJ are used for TAX REPORT which can be done by back office software to government and a record to keep their sales demanded by department store.
Member feature
This is a future function for SABOTEN. They plan to use customer's hand phone no. as a customer number to keep their total amount for loyalty discount / incentive.
