TOKYO, June 30, 2021 — Casio Computer Co., Ltd. announces the following personnel changes and organizational restructuring. Details are below.
Main Points of the Organizational Restructuring
- The Development Headquarters units focusing on imaging, projection, and beauty products will be consolidated and strengthened as a single unit in order to facilitate the quick launch of new businesses.
- The Logistics Department will be split from the Production Headquarters to operate as an independent organization, positioning logistics as a company-wide functional organization in order to strengthen cooperation with related departments and allow for more agile changes to this function.

Organizational Structure Based on Organizational Restructuring
Development Headquarters
- The Imaging Technology Development Unit, the Projection Planning and Development Department, and the Beauty Planning and Development Department of the Development Headquarters will be consolidated to establish a new Imaging Technology Unit. The new unit comprises the Imaging Planning Department, the Imaging Development Department, the Projection Planning and Development Department, and the Beauty Planning and Development Department.
Logistics Department
- The Logistics Department will be split from the Production Headquarters to operate as an independent organization.
