Main Points of the Organizational Restructuring
- In order to strengthen the Casio sports and healthcare business, the Sports & Healthcare Incubation Center will be brought under the Development Headquarters to ensure that development resources are deployed flexibly and efficiently across all new business.

Development Headquarters
- The Sports & Healthcare Incubation Center will be brought under the Development Headquarters and renamed the Sports & Healthcare Unit.
- The Sports & Healthcare Unit will comprise the Strategic Planning Department, Business Planning Promotion Department, Hardware Development Department, Service Development Department, and AI Algorithm Development Department.
