Web Accessibility Policy
The goal of "Web Accessibility" is to ensure that any individual, regardless of age or ability, can easily access any Website. The policy of CASIO COMPUTER CO., LTD. (CASIO) aligns with this goal through continuous improvement in accessibility to the company's Web content via an increasingly diverse array of Internet-capable devices operating in increasingly diverse environments.
The United Nations "Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities" (http://www.un.org/disabilities/convention/conventionfull.shtml) has been ratified and adopted by countries around the world. Accessibility of Web content for individuals with disabilities is now considered a human right, and it has been made mandatory by many states. Some countries and regions also specifically require accessibility for corporate Websites as part of the larger concept of corporate social responsibility.
