TOKYO, February 2, 2022 — Casio Computer Co., Ltd. announced today that the following personnel changes will go into effect on February 21, 2022. Details are below.
Main Points of the Changes
- In order to strengthen ESG management strategy globally, responsibility for ESG strategy of the Company, which to date has been entrusted to one executive officer, will now be split between two officers, one overseeing environmental strategy and one overseeing corporate governance strategy.
- A new executive officer will be appointed to succeed the senior general manager of the Production Headquarters.
