System Failure due to Unauthorized Access to Our Network

Casio has confirmed that its network was illegally accessed by a third party on October 5, 2024.
As a result of an internal investigation, it has been determined that the unauthorised access caused a system failure, resulting in the unavailability of some services.

While the details are still under investigation, an investigation by an external professional organization is also underway to confirm whether any information, including personal information, has been compromised.

Upon discovering the unauthorized access, we immediately reported it to the relevant authorities and took measures such as restricting external access.
