We are planning to release an update to watch software with an update of the CASIO WATCHES phone app (Ver. 3.11.2) on November 15 (JST) to address this issue.
If you own a GWG-B1000 watch, pair it with and connect it to the app to update its software.
You will need to register with a CASIO ID to pair the watch with the app. (Click here for information about CASIO ID registration.)
If you are already using the watch with Mobile Link, you do not need to register your CASIO ID again.
If you do not have a smartphone or cannot update your software, contact a CASIO service center after the software release date.
